Here's my problem.
I have this great Torchwood fic in the workings. It's got a plot and everything. Even has a nifty little twist at the end. -proud of herself- It's dragging though.

horizonssing challenge based around a drinking game using the CCTV. Season 2-ish but don't know where to start.
My question is where to start?
