I hate the flu. I didn't get a chance to actually enjoy my night on the town because of the flu that my wonderful family all had and then passed to me. I was feeling alright at Terry's house, not great but alright and I had a little bit of my Bailey's Irish cream. We went down to the Parrsboro Tavern and I didn't even finish my White Russian, I had perhaps two sips of it and felt so head-coldish and dizzy that I had to go home. I spent the whole night with a fever and basically delirious. Apparently at one point Terry put a cold cloth on my forehead but I don't remember.
I'm finally feeling a little better today after Benelin cold and flu yesterday every six hours, and eating soup and some birthday cake and ice cream. But on to the birthday goodies!
Casper: a pink bunny rabbit plushy that he bought with his own money. -cues "d'awwww"- and a birthday card.
Mom: $100, 250 hair elastics (since Nemesis steals all mine and hides them), birthday card, plus she paid for my lunch out the mall at Subway.
Scott: $20
Linda: (Terry's mom) Paid for my birthday supper at Jungle Jim's, and paid some on the Ferret Nation cage.
Terry Sr.: (Terry's dad) Paid for my birthday supper at Jungle Jim's and paid some on the Ferret Nation cage.
Terry (<3): Paid for most of the ferret Nation cage, put it together for me, black awesome girly black shirt for going out in. (There's also talk that he's getting that ferret I talked about before... OOOOh.)
Nanny Audrey: Bath Mat I so desperately need. and an awesome card that has me quite angry looking saying: "Happy birthday to me" ferrets running up both legs, Nemesis on the chair yelling "Greenies!" and Luna standing there saying "I need a pee!" It's adorable and I must scan it.
Jim: (my grandfather) $20
Uncle Bruce: $20
The money detailed out:
- Light blue jeans with pink threads from Eclipse
- Bailey's Irish Creme
- "Ancestors of Avalon" by Marion Zimmer-Bradley
- "Sacred places of the Knights Templar"
- "The DaVinci Code"
- and I still have tons of money left over. :D
Needless to say as I'm this sick and I have exams tomorrow I'm going to try to reply to posts and things but don't expect anything hella good.
